1. Ćevapčići- ground lamb, beef, and pork, garlic, paprika, seasonings

2. Marinated Chicken - in italian vinaigrette, chopped up

3. Grilled Vegetables- seasonal vegetables marinated , grilled and chopped

The above items are served on toasted Pita with fresh white chopped onions and our two signature spreads:

                     Ajvar- roasted red bell pepper, eggplant, garlic, seasonings                                  

                     Tzaziki

Your Choice, pick 2 to be served in aluminum pans

Potato Salad -potato salad with vinegar & oil based dressing

Shopska Salad -cucumber, tomato, onion, feta

Village Coleslaw -cabbage, white vinegar & oil

 We may bring a 10 x 10 tent for shade for the food prep/grilling area outside.
